German Supply Chain Act - LkSG - §16 Rights of access
To the extent necessary to carry out the duties specified in § 14, the competent authority and its agents shall be authorized to,
1. to enter and inspect company premises, business premises and farm buildings during normal business or operating hours, and
and to inspect them, and
2. in the case of companies, during normal business or operating hours, to inspect business documents and records from which it is possible to determine whether
the due diligence obligations pursuant to §§ 3 to 10 (1) have been complied with.
