German Supply Chain Act - LkSG - §11 Special legal capacity to institute legal proceedings
(1) Any person claiming to be the victim of an overridingly important violation of a protected legal position under Section 2 (1) may, for the purpose of asserting his rights in court, authorize a domestic trade union or non-governmental organization to take legal action.
