German Supply Chain Act - LkSG - §15 Orders and measures
The competent authority shall issue the appropriate and necessary orders and take the necessary measures to detect and prevent violations of the obligations under §§ 3 to 10 subpara.
1, and to eliminate and prevent them.
It may in particular
1. summon persons,
2. order the company to submit, within three months of notification of the order, a plan to remedy the deficiencies including
clear timeframes for its implementation, and
3. order the company to take specific actions to fulfill its obligations.
