German Supply Chain Act - LkSG - §13 Regulatory Reporting Review
Authorization to issue ordinances
(1) The competent authority shall check whether 1. the report pursuant to Section 10 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 is available and 2. the requirements pursuant to Section 10 Paragraphs 2 and 3 have been met.
(2) If the requirements under Section 10 (2) and (3) are not met, the competent authority may demand that the company rectify the report within a reasonable period of time.
